i would not recommend collins.
Over charges to insurance and If you are in pain dont even ask for pain medication!

Dr. Collins office over billed my insurance. Please read your insurance statement carefully for excessive charges. We have a 1000.00 max for our entire family. Besides that, I came in with an absesed tooth i was in extreme pain and had to go to work that evening. He seen the problem on the xray, i was given a script for an antibotic which i appreciated but it takes a day or two to kick in when i asked for something for the pain to just to get me through a day or two, he refused, saying i dont give out pain medication because the people in this area abuse it. I am not from Jacksboro and even if i were i dont feel like someone should suffer because a town has a reputation. If there is evidence of pain it should be treated. It hurt my feelings and made me furious. I will never go there again.
